1.GST is collected only on platform fees from customers.
2.Payment can be made by Debit Card/Credit Card or Google Pay if a valid payment method(eg. card details) is saved on the browser.
3.Services are rendered only to the extent of the amount paid towards the package.
4.Refund/Cancellation option is available at the Profile -> Orders tab of the logged in User. Selecting the three-dot menu button for the concerned order will show the option if the order is within the cancellation window.
5.Refund/Cancellation option is available if the service is requested before 5.30AM IST(Indian Standard Time) of the day prior to the date of appointment. For instructions, visit FAQ page.
6.Only the doctor consultation charge is refundable.
7.Platform/App charge is not refundable.
8.Free check-up is within 7(seven) days.
9.Kuchu Kumen Skin Clinic reserves the right to alter/modify any terms and conditions at any point of time without assigning any reason or intimation whatsoever.
10.In case of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Imphal West Jurisdiction.
11.For further reference, please retain the original receipt issued to you for any product or service.
12.By using the website and/or filling up the registration form at kuchukumenskinclinic.com or our promotional landing pages, you authorize us to contact you via email or phone call or SMS. We may call you to schedule appointments, offer you our services for treatment you have opted for, and send you promotional offers running at our clinic. Additionally, irrespective of the fact that you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to send you SMS or give you a call for the above-mentioned purposes.
